IKEA has launched a whole new selection of play furniture and accessories.
Designed in collaboration with Republic of Gamers, the new line of IKEA games will be available for purchase next month.
According to IKEA, the company is working on more than 30 different products, including desks, chairs, headphone stands and mouse pads.
Items start at just £ 4.50 for the mouse pad, £ 7.50 for pillows and neck cups, and £ 99 for gaming chairs. The more expensive items cost over £ 350.
The stylish new in-game items have an October 1 release date and make ideal Christmas gifts.
“We know a lot about the needs, issues and expectations of gamers, and we want to design solutions for ultimate and immersive gaming experiences,” said Johnny Chan, designer, Republic of Gamers.

Elsewhere, IKEA Ewa Rychert hints at more to come of the company’s efforts to stand out in the gaming industry.
“We believe that there is a lot to be done to democratize the gaming experience,” explains Rychert.
“We took the first step in our gaming adventure, and we did so by providing consumers with affordable, high-performance gaming products and complete home solutions that we hope reflect personality and characteristics. people’s tastes.
While the line primarily targets PC gamers, there are plenty of accessories that might come in handy for PlayStation and Xbox fans.
Storage units can be used to store games and peripherals, while neck pillows keep you comfortable.
To celebrate the release of the new line, IKEA is hosting a tournament that culminates at EGX.
“To celebrate the launch, IKEA and ROG are announcing an online gaming tournament – ‘IKEA x ROG for those who dare to challenge’.
“Qualifying will start on Friday September 24 and the final will take place at the EGX event in London on October 8.”
